Cancellations: Orders can be canceled if it has not been shipped. I usually ship in 1 - 72 hours. Please contact me directly in that situation.

Returns: Given the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns. If you not sure now your skin will react to a soap, please purchase the sample size first. Please remember that these are handmade items and color variations occur.
Should you not be satisfied with any order - please use the Contact Us page so that we may remedy any situation that arises.
Payment
I accept Paypal and credit cards via Shopify Checkout.
All Florida sales will be charged sales tax.

Shipping
All ready to ship items will be shipped in 1 hour to 3 days of processed payment. Party Favors are a made to order item and will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. All orders will ship USPS. If total weight is under 13 oz. it will be First Class and over 13 oz. will be Priority.

Custom Orders:
Do you see a soap you like, but would like it scented with a different essential oil(s)? Click ‘Request Customer Order’ and let me know your wishes. Since this is cold process soap, I would need 4 weeks to allow the bars to cure. The minimum purchase amount would be 5 full size bars.
I recycle our packaging materials. I often reuse packing peanuts and bubble wrap. To save on paper and ink, a packing slip will not be included.
ALLERGY ALERT: Please read all descriptions of products (ingredients, essential oils, added herbs & botanicals) before placing your order. Although all equipment is cleaned before making a new batch of soap, there is always the chance for cross-contamination. If you or someone in your family is extremely allergic to an ingredient in ANY of our products, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that some cross-contamination has not occurred.
WARNINGS FOR SOAP:
*External use only
*Keep products out of your eyes and other sensitive areas
*Test on small area of skin before using all over body; if irritation develops, discontinue use immediately
*Keep out of the reach of small children & pets
*The safety of his product has not been determined by the FDA
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
